Submission Terms

This outlines The Wedding & Wine Expo Submission Terms of Use and Conditions Agreement between The Wedding and Wine Expo, and you, the one who is submitting wedding inspiration.

 

Please read this fully and carefully, as it details your obligations and rights when using The Wedding and Wine Expo's services.​

PERMISSIONS

  • You are required to secure permission from everyone involved before you submit the work!

    • You Own It (or Are Authorized): You guarantee that you are the copyright holder (or have full permission from the photographer/owner) and have the authority to submit the content.

    • You confirm you have written approval from the featured couple/client and all contributing vendors to use their likeness, work, and names for publication.

    • You Hold Us Harmless: If any party claims their rights were violated because of your submission, you agree to take full responsibility, protecting The Publisher from any legal claims or costs.

ACCEPTANCE

  • If your work is accepted, you grant The Publisher a long-term, non-exclusive right to use the content for free:

  • You give The Publisher permission to publish, reproduce, crop, edit, and distribute your content across all our platforms, including our website, social media, and future advertising/promotions.

  • We feature the freshest ideas. To qualify, your submission must meet these rules:

    • Never Published Elsewhere: The work cannot have been previously published by any other major industry blog, magazine, or commercial wedding publication (print or online). Posting on your personal/vendor website or social media is okay.

  • If we publish your work, you agree not to submit it to any other industry publication for three (3) months following our publication date.

  • All photos must be high resolution and must not contain any watermarks, logos, or visible vendor branding.

  • You must provide a complete and accurate list of all contributing vendors (with website/social media links) to ensure everyone receives proper credit.

  • The decision to publish is at the sole discretion of The Wedding &Wine Expo. Submitting your work does not guarantee acceptance. If you are not accepted, we will notify you with a reason and a refund will be processed.

  • We will notify you of our decision (accepted or denied) within two (2) weeks of your submission.
